1. Who we are

Low & Behold Co. is a trading name of Macey Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14031096, VAT number 430779779. Our registered office and trading address is:

You can reach us by email at hello@lowandbeholdco.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Macey Solutions Limited, and "you" means the person buying from or browsing our site.

2. Our products

Everything we sell is dachshund-themed merchandise — mugs, pillows, notebooks, apparel, bags, and similar items — printed to order by our production partner, Printify, and its network of print providers. Nothing is held as pre-made stock: your item is manufactured after you place your order.

We do our best to photograph and describe every product accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in print placement or shade are a normal part of the printing process rather than a fault. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains exactly what does and doesn't count as a defect.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Placing an order

Adding something to your basket and paying isn't a binding contract on our part until we've accepted your order — we treat your order as an offer to buy, which we accept by confirming it (typically by email once payment succeeds). This lets us catch and correct an obvious pricing or listing error before production starts; if we do have to cancel an order for that reason, we'll refund you in full straight away.

Once we've accepted your order, a contract exists between you and us for that item, on these terms.

4. Payment

Payment is collected securely by Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details directly with Stripe on their secure checkout page — we never see, handle, or store your full card details ourselves. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.

5. Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs a flat fee shown at checkout, or is free above a spend threshold shown on the cart page — the exact amounts are always shown before you pay. Because each item is made to order, production typically takes a few days before it's even handed to a courier, and total delivery time varies by product — we'll give you our best estimate at checkout and in your confirmation email, but dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods (e.g. loss or damage) passes to you once they're delivered to the address you gave us. If you're ordering from outside the UK, you're responsible for any import duties or taxes your country charges on arrival — we don't collect these upfront.

6. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, the law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to justify yourself. This is separate from — and in addition to — the fault/damage guarantee described below. Full detail on how to exercise this right, what you'll get back, and what doesn't qualify is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Faulty, damaged, or misprinted items

Separately from the cooling-off right above, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or misprinted, we'll put it right with a free reprint or a full refund — see the Returns & Refunds Policy for how to report it. This is in addition to, and doesn't affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which require goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

8. The weekly Instagram giveaway

From time to time we run a weekly giveaway that asks you to post a picture on Instagram and tag us for a chance to win a prize. The terms for that giveaway — what you need to do, how long your post needs to stay up, and how winners are picked — are set out at the bottom of our site footer, and form part of these terms whenever you choose to enter. Entering is free and optional; it's not a condition of buying anything from us.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, logos, product photography, and text on this site belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're welcome to share photos of products you've bought (we love seeing them — see the giveaway above!), but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our designs or site content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't use our site in any way that's unlawful, fraudulent, or intended to harm us or anyone else — including attempting to place orders using stolen payment details, scraping or copying our site content, or interfering with the site's security or normal operation.

11. Our liability to you

We're responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by us breaking these terms or acting negligently, but we're not responsible for any loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of income if you were reselling the item). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited or excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party sites we don't control — including Instagram, TikTok, and Stripe's checkout pages. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, if our shipping destinations or policies change. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and we'll always show the "last updated" date at the top.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in your own country that these terms don't affect. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless you live elsewhere and mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country's courts instead.
