Hywel Lloyd – Associate
Hywel is passionate about local and community solutions to resource and energy use, and where possible their production. While successful involvement of communities will help us address our climate change challenge more importantly it will also bring communities closer together and help make sure good sustainable and strategic decisions are made in every part of the UK. Local is profoundly important for decisions about heat, while community input, and ownership of choices about resource use, recycling, waste management as well as actual ownership of local generation are both empowering and help people take real decisions about how and what they use.
