A note on colour

Your screen is different to our screen. Maybe it's a little older (or newer) or the brightness is set slightly differently. Maybe the wall behind you is a different colour to the one behind us. And maybe there's more (or less) natural light in you room than in ours. Any or all of these things can effect how colours look on screen, so while we've done our best to make images of our clothes match the real thing as closely as possible, some subtle difference is inevitable. But we're sure that when you're T-shirts arrive you'll see that red is still red, navy is still navy and in spite of any little difference in colour, they still look fab.

Ordering things for yourself

Drop us an email, give us a call and let us know what you want and where you'd like it to be sent to. Or you can post you order to us together with a cheque made payable to Low & Behold Limited. This might be a bit slower, but we like to receive post so we're happy to work this way.

Postage and packaging is variable, and starts from £2.35, unless you spend over £100, in which case we will send your order for free. While it won’t always be possible to process, pack and post your order the same day, we do aim to get your order to you within 10 days as standard, and if we can't, we'll get in touch and let you know what's happenng.

Ordering things for your club or organisation

Sending new stuff back

If you think your new T-shirt makes your bum look big, or it doesn’t look like it did that night you got in from the pub when you ordered it then you're welcome to send it back. We'll either swap it for another one or give you your money back, just tell us why you didn’t want it and we’ll do the rest.

Sending old stuff back

Want to put your old T-shirts to good use? Send back one of our T-shirts and we will give you 50p credit towards anything you buy from us. And the best thing is that the longer you have had the T-shirt the more it will be worth. We can tell how long you've had it from label. As we are just starting, this year we have virgin labels with no date, but from 2008 onwards we will be dating our clothes. You need to have had a Low & Behold T-shirt for at least 12 months first before you can send it back for a credit.

You can also send us T-shirts you've bought from elsewhere. For each one you send us we'll give you 25p off the next thing you buy.

Unfortunately, we can’t afford to give our stuff away so there's a £5 limit on the amount of discount we can offer you in return for your old T-shirts, but we think you’ll understand.
