Local Green Points is a new and innovative incentive tool to encourage people and communities to lead more sustainable lives. Low and Behold worked with Local Green Points on the first groundbreaking project in Bexley in both the feasibility and rollout stages during 2010 and 2011. The community engagement project involved working with local community groups that applied to be the beneficiaries of the Local Green Points scheme.
Since late 2012, we have continued this work with Local Green Points, now supporting them in the rollout of the scheme to further local authority areas.
Public Engagement in Environmental Issues
The team at Low and Behold are available for public speaking engagements and are experts in a range of issues, from carbon coaching to resource efficiency to emissions trading and renewable energy.
Recent engagements during 2012 have included a discussion on Heathrow and transport options for a local political group and talks at the ASHA Foundation to EU Youth in Action projects on sustainability.
